La baguette tradition ne peut \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9e qu&#8217;avec de la farine sans additifs, de l&#8217;eau, du sel et de la levure de boulangerie ou du levain. Elle ne peut \u00eatre congel\u00e9 \u00e0 aucun moment au cours de la production. Lorsque vous vous rendez dans une boulangerie et que vous vous demandez quelle est la diff\u00e9rence entre une &#8220;baguette tradition&#8221; et une baguette ordinaire (parfois appel\u00e9e &#8220;classique&#8221;) moins ch\u00e8re, c&#8217;est cette loi qui a impos\u00e9 une norme de qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure et un niveau de travail plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour &#8220;une tradition&#8221;.
